Propsena replaces the dozen disconnected tools a property management company runs on with a single, AI-native operating system, so the whole story of a tenant, a unit or a dollar lives in one place.
The average property management company runs on email, spreadsheets, a phone system, legacy management software, an e-signature tool, listing portals, an inspection app and a chat product, none of which know about each other. Context gets lost between them every day, and the people paying for it are the team on the phones and in the field.
We started building Propsena in early 2026 to end that. Communications, financials, maintenance, leasing, inspections, make-ready, task management, team collaboration and the owner, tenant and vendor portals share one record. An AI that can see the whole record then does the work that used to be copy-and-paste: triaging a service request, drafting the reply, chasing a renewal, spotting the anomaly in a ledger.

AI with guardrails
The assistant reads the whole record, but a person confirms before anything is sent, charged or changed. Every action lands in an immutable audit log, and every outbound tenant message is screened for Fair Housing compliance first.
Security enforced by the database
Tenant isolation is a PostgreSQL policy, not an application convention. Sensitive fields are encrypted, backups are restore-tested weekly, and the controls are mapped to SOC 2 and verified on every build.
One honest price
A flat monthly plan per portfolio size, a 14-day trial with no card, and no per-transaction fees on rent. The payment processor’s standard rate is the only other cost, and it goes to the processor.
